Event Consulting
The BYT event concept team is the most creative events production staff on the planet. If you want something memorable, we’re the people to work with. BYT can do it all, or just a little. We’ve worked with partners and sponsors in every way possible – from simple consulting and brand placement to full on event production and management.

Production Services
Our specialties are engaging the audience in creative ways, creating loyalty between venues, products and target consumers (most of whom are non-responsive to traditional display advertising), and blurring the line between online and real life engagement. We are able to assist in every aspect of your event including ticketing, staffing, lighting, stage management, A/V, security, permitting, decor, booking, unique attractions, photography and videography, venue selection, and more

Promotion and PR
BYT successfully gets the word out about events. Not only can you leverage our relationships and reputation with various media outlets, but we have our own events calendar and online magazine web site at http://www.brightestyoungthings.com which is read by over 100,000 individuals per month, an events newsletter with 15,000 subscribers, and social media outlets with 15,000 followers.

Sponsors and Partners
Having the BYT brand attached to an event makes sure your audience knows that it’s going to be something original and exciting. Having your brand attached to a BYT event means it’s going to reach the plugged in, fashionable, creative young crowd that you want. We strive to find unique ways to integrate sponsors into events beyond simple signage.
“…reliable, innovative, creative and willing to go the extra mile, the BYT team has developed the perfect formula for integrating brands and sponsors into their events” -Kevin Burke, Regional Marketing Manager, Coca-Cola, 10/30/11
